* A funny thing, an asterick. It means there’s something else, other than what you just read. That’s the way life is, there is always something else. It is either a condition, or string attatched to something good that someone is offering. I guess churches or faith communities are like that sometimes. You’ve probably experienced that too.

The asterick above is simply to inform you that the picture you see was taken at the Field of Dreams outside Dyersville, Iowa. That’s all. Now you can go back to whatever it was you were doing before you clicked here. But…

If you want to know more about this ministry called Zach’s House, feel free to look around. We especially hope you will visit our communities page which tells you of the many opportunities to meet us. Believe in Christ or not, we welcome you to our groups. We want to welcome everyone with the open arms that Jesus did as described in the Bible.  So if you’re in Hurst, Euless or Bedford and beyond, please check us out and see what we are all about. You might like hanging out with Christians that won’t gnaw at you, chew you up, and spit out your bones. :)

Here are a few of our favorite quotes of all time:

“Most people want comfort, hope. They want to beleive in something bigger than themselves.” - Assistant D.A Serena Sutherland on Law & Order

“He’s eating with a sinner”
–Religious leaders referring to Jesus eating at the home of Zacchaeus the tax collector.

“Go everywhere and preach the gospel, if necessary, use words.”
– St. Francis of Asisi

“I wanna find something I’ve wanted all along somewhere I belong.”
– Linkin Park

“I have come to save the world, not judge it.”
-Jesus Christ
